HOW DO WE LOCATE THE CHAUFFEUR AT THE AIRPORT?

Upon clearing customs, simply keep an eye out for our chauffeur holding a sign or name-board. Expect an SMS notification just before your flight lands if you’ve provided your mobile contact number. Should you encounter any difficulty, don’t hesitate to call us at 0406279640 or refer to your booking confirmation for the chauffeur’s mobile number. Remember, please remain inside the terminal until you’ve located us.

IF MY FLIGHT ARRIVES EARLY, WILL MY CHAUFFEUR STILL BE THERE TO PICK ME UP?

Yes, we monitor all flights so we will do our best to arrive early.

WHAT OCCURS IF MY FLIGHT EXPERIENCES DELAYS?

We’ll track your flight and aim to arrive 30 minutes after it lands to minimize waiting. In case of additional delays due to factors like customs, waiting time is billed in 15-minute intervals at an hourly rate, depending on your vehicle type.

The chauffeur will always drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.

WILL MY CHAUFFEUR RESPECT MY PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY?

Absolutely. All of our chauffeurs have signed confidentiality agreements (non disclosure agreements) with Lutecia. What is said in the car, stays in the car.

WILL MY CHAUFFEUR CHAT TO PASSENGER(S)?

Our chauffeurs will be polite and discreet at all times. If the passenger would like to talk or ask questions then the chauffeur will then happily respond.

WILL MY CHAUFFEUR OPEN DOORS FOR THE PASSENGERS?

Absolutely. Not only is this more courteous, it is safer for the passengers too.

WILL MY CHAUFFEUR CARRY MY LUGGAGE?

Yes, your chauffeur will always offer to help carry your bags and luggage.

WILL MY CHAUFFEUR BE SMART AND WEAR A SUIT AND TIE?

Absolutely! They always wear dark suits, shirt and tie.

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO PROVIDE FOR A BOOKING?

We’ve accommodated bookings with just an hour’s notice, but it’s advisable to reserve your ride as soon as your travel plans are finalized, especially during busy periods.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ESTABLISH AN ACCOUNT AND PAY VIA INVOICE?

Certainly, we can arrange a business account for you. You can choose to be invoiced per trip or on a monthly basis; please reach out to our office for further information.

DO YOUNG CHILDREN COUNT AS PASSENGERS?

Yes

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE FOR MY BOOKING?

A 25% deposit is needed to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your journey. For last-minute trips, full payment is required before travel.

DO YOU OFFER BABY/CHILD SEATS FOR PASSENGERS TRAVELING WITH INFANTS?

Certainly, we have baby and child seats available upon request when booking. Passengers are responsible for fitting them in accordance with the law.

All vehicles are washed daily and are regularly valeted.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS IF I BOOK REGULARLY OR REQUIRE MANY CARS?

Yes, we do provide discounts. Please speak to our team about this.

IS THERE A SPECIAL CHARGE FOR BANK HOLIDAYS OR CHRISTMAS?

We only charge extra on Christmas day and new years day.

VEHICLE FAQ

WILL BOTTLED WATER BE AVAILABLE IN THE VEHICLE?

Absolutely. Provided free of charge to our Clients.

HOW OLD ARE YOUR VEHICLES?

Apart from our vintage vehicles, our cars are usually less than 3 years old.

I HATE TO SMELL SMOKE IN A CAR, IS THE CAR NON SMOKING?

Yes! We will however cheerfully stop for smoke breaks as requested.

CAN I EAT AND DRINK IN THE VEHICLE?

Water is provided in all of our vehicles but unfortunately we do not permit eating.

CAN I CHOOSE A CERTAIN COLOUR OF VEHICLE?

Yes, most of our cars are black or silver but we do have a few other colours to choose from.

HOW MUCH LUGGAGE WILL FIT IN THE BACK?

The Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Mercedes-Benz S-class, BMW 7 series & Range Rover will hold 2 large suitcases and 2-4 smaller carry ons. The Lexus will hold 1 large case and 2 smaller carry-ons. The Mercedes V-Class can hold 7 large suitcases and 4-5 smaller carry-ons. Our luxury Minibuses can hold 10 large suitcases and 16 smaller carry-ons.

WEDDING FAQ

CAN YOU PROVIDE A CAR FOR THE BRIDE AND GROOM AFTER THE WEDDING RECEPTION TO THEIR WEDDING NIGHT ACCOMMODATION?

Yes, we can offer this at additional cost. You may wish to book a different car for this journey to save money.

ARE WEDDING CARS LIMITED IN THE AMOUNT OF TRIPS THEY MAKE FOR THE WEDDING PARTY?

Our wedding cars are booked on a time basis and are available to you throughout the duration of your wedding and are available for photos or anything else we can help you with during that time, including multiple journeys for other wedding guests. Should additional time be required this is normally no problem and you will be charged an hourly rate which we divide into 15 minute segments.
